Having renovated four homes himself, he understands what actually adds value, what buyers pay attention to and how to improve a property without unnecessary costs. His approach is straightforward, efficient and grounded in real-world renovations.

At Revamp, James oversees trade coordination, installations and on-site logistics, making sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Known for being reliable, easy to work with and solutions-focused, he helps turn renovation plans into results that look great and make sense for the market.

Jessica Steele

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a strong design sensibility, Jess brings both creative vision and technical understanding to every project. Her approach focuses on thoughtful, high-impact improvements, refining layout flow, elevating finishes and curating materials that transform a home while working with what’s already there.

At Revamp, she blends design expertise with hands-on experience in material selections, colour palettes and finishes, while also coordinating trades and managing job bookings. Known for her calm, collaborative approach, Jess ensures every project feels seamless, considered and well aligned for the market.

Sam

Sam is an experienced plumber with more than 13 years in the industry and a strong background in managing end-to-end projects, from initial client consultations through to completion. 

At Revamp Projects, Sam brings reliable trade expertise, clear communication and a practical, problem-solving approach to every renovation. Known for being organised, honest and easy to work with, Sam helps keep renovations running smoothly and ensures all plumbing components are completed to a professional, long-lasting standard.
